ChatApp is a messaging application that allows users to send text messages, media files, and make voice/video calls. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by Supabase backend infrastructure.
To use ChatApp, you must create an account by providing a valid email address or phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain ownership of any content you send through ChatApp. By sending content, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.
Your use of ChatApp is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may suspend or terminate your access to ChatApp at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
ChatApp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XyStudio .Tch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of ChatApp.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Application. Continued use of ChatApp after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
